How We Build Your Law Firm’s Automations

1. Learn and explain
In a 30-minute Zoom we hear from you (i) where you and your team spend the most hours and (ii) what work you would most like to eliminate. Next we provide examples of (iii) additional tasks that can be automated. From those 3 groups you tell us which automations you want to begin with.

2. Propose
We provide a written plan detailing the order and delivery times for each build, along with the cost to create and manage them.

3. Build and install
Each automation typically takes us 30-45 days to complete. We then triple-check its functionality, modify as needed, and put the automation in place on a trial basis.

4. Adjust
Sometimes extra tailoring or maintenance is needed with usage. We keep all your automations functioning smoothly, and make adjustments along the way as needed.
